Security firms bill for guard hours they cannot prove. Registers get filled in after the fact. A WhatsApp photo carries no time or place a client will trust. Dalert makes every hour defensible.
Guard minimum wage rises to N$16.00 an hour in 2026. Every disputed hour is money on a schedule, and clients audit harder.

No setup fee, no hardware to buy, no contract for the pilot. You pay for guards who actually clocked in that month.
(05) — Questions
The clock-in is saved on the phone with its original capture time and the GPS point taken at that moment. When the phone finds a network again, it uploads untouched. The guard does nothing differently, and the timestamp is the one from the post, not the one from the sync.
Kiosk mode. One shared tablet sits at the post and guards clock in with their employee number and a PIN plus a selfie. The PIN is verified on our server, not on the device, and the same geofence checks apply. Nobody is left out of the system.
The selfie is taken live in the app, not picked from the gallery. Every event carries the device ID, the GPS accuracy radius, and the distance from the site. Anything outside the geofence is flagged for a supervisor rather than silently accepted, so a bad event shows up as a flag on the record instead of a clean hour on the invoice.
Only supervisors at your firm. Location is captured at the moment of clock-in and clock-out only — Dalert never tracks anyone between those two taps. Guards see a plain-language consent screen the first time they open the app, and your firm remains the controller of that data.
For the pilot, the same week you ask. We set the first site's geofence with you, load your guards, and train one supervisor in person. Windhoek firms get an in-person visit; coastal firms get a video call and a phone number that answers.
Version one is live and running real clock-ins on real posts. We are onboarding a limited number of pilot firms so that each one gets set up properly rather than dropped into a signup form. That is why places are limited, and why the pilot is free.
